(Vinnies) New York Chefs began in 1988 in Upstate New York as simply "New York Chefs Pizzeria". Started by Vincent and Candi, they brought REAL New York City recipes, service, and attitude right from The City to Upstate N.Y., opened a genuine New York-style pizzeria, and "NEW YORK CHEFS" was born!
They used old-school customer service and friendliness to grow New York Chefs into one of the best pizza places in town.
In 2002, they moved to Cottonwood, Arizona, and re-opened (Vinnie's) New York Chefs here, taking no time to become Cottonwood's go-to for N.Y.-style pizza and service.
In 2018, Vince decided to sell, and try retirement. After 30+ years in the industry, it was time. He sold the business to an employee who worked for him in N.Y. for 6 years. so that the legacy could continue.
Now 35+ years later, New York Chefs still prides itself on old-school service, friendliness, and great N.Y. original recipes to continue to be one of the best N.Y.-style pizzerias in the State.
